Sharing information is great, but sending a file in a format which can’t be read by others is frustrating and a waste of time. So if you are using Word 2007 you have a responsibility to share those files in a format compatible with Word 97 – 2003. Yes I know 2003 users can download a compatibility reader from Microsoft but most of my clients don’t.
