Technical Support Contracts are priced for the sector at £6 plus VAT per PC per month. Servers are only £12 plus VAT per month. SEE NETGAIN AND IMPROVING REACH DISCOUNTS BELOW.
If it becomes necessary to make an onsite visit, this is charged at £40 plus VAT per hour
We also provide on-site visit services for non-contract customers at £50 plus VAT per hour.
We do not provide telephone support for non-contract customers.

Organisations under £25,000 turnover: £39 plus VAT
Organisations with turnover between £25,000 and £250,000: £99 plus VAT
Organisations with turnover over £250,000: £229 plus VAT

Net:gain customers receive 25% discount off technical support contracts for 1 year
Improving Reach
Organisations under £25,000 turnover: £39 plus VAT
Organisations with turnover between £25,000 and £250,000: £99 plus VAT
Organisations with turnover over £250,000 are not eligible for the Improving Reach program.
Improving Reach Discounts
Improving Reach customers receive 50% discount off technical support contracts for first year and 25% discount for second year.
