An annual ICT systems check
- We audit each computer. This information is entered on our support database enabling us to give more immediate support. We also make sure that every PC is set up for remote support.
- We also do a check up and tune up on each machine.
Unlimited telephone and email support
- This for when your computer develops simple problems that anyone with the knowledge and a bit of support can solve. An experienced technician will talk you through the problem and hopefully get you back working again. In our experience most of our client’s problems can be sorted out this way.
Unlimited remote support
- This is for clients who have server based networks. With this service Electroville technicians access your server based network and can re-set or configure your system from our premises. This saves you time and money, by reducing the need for costly onsite visits.
Onsite support
- This is for when only that personal touch will do. A technician will visit your premises and try and carry out the repair onsite. We will only make an onsite visit when we have exhausted the other options. This way you save time and money.
